My areas of expertise are:

Becoming a certified diversity supplier

Did you know that most corporations and government agencies have a diversity mandate in regard to the companies they hire to supply goods and services from? To have access to those big contracts in Canada and abroad, you have to be a certified diversity supplier. My company is certified with WBE Canada, and I can help you through the diversity certification process for your business.

Money and your business, know and optimize your numbers for growth

Let’s not be shy, and tackle the hard conversation and the hot topic of money and how to make it! In order to grow, you need not only to understand your company’s financials, but to truly own them. You need that deep understanding of what you spend, what is your return on investments, how efficient are your business operations and processes to ensure you are not wasting valuable dollars that could go into growing your business and funding your projects.

Helping you take your business to the next level

Together, we can review your business strategy to identify the gaps, and help you move in to close big contracts consistently. Plus, resources are out there, it’s just a matter of knowing where to look, and how to apply for them. I can show you the way by helping you digest whatever business issue you are having, point you in the right direction, show you resources you didn’t know existed, introduce you to the right people, and so on…

Helping you get unstuck when your business hits a road block

Every entrepreneur gets stuck from time to time, and it’s hard to get out of the day-to-day to gain the perspective you need to move passed the road block you are experiencing in your business. Sometimes an external perspective is necessary to fast track that process. Problem solving is a talent of mine, I can take a large amount of information and aggregate it to come up with a solution, operational or technical.

A THOUGHT

“I envision a world where we talk about business ownership – period -, a world where women owned businesses are not a thing... because who cares, right?

What's the big deal? The big deal is the business ownership part, the equity part and the opportunity to sit at the table.”
